Found this excellent video on You Tube explaining the collapses of Leahman Brothers, MF Global and Bernie Madoff. There are way to many loopholes in the financial rules and regulations all over the world. These loopholes are bringing the economies of many countries down and causing unnecessary pain and suffering.
